Try Our Gold Coast Sea Moss "Go Green" Smoothie

It's the perfect healthy color combination, gold and green! Since the dawn of the new millennia there has been a positive association with "green" as it relates to the environment, and yes, the foods we eat. And now as it relates to our brand, gold is the new green! We could not think of a better way to reinforce that mantra than with this smoothie pairing of our premium Gold Coast Sea Moss and some of your green plant favorites, (among other things). So here is our newest smoothie recipe. Enjoy!





INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 and 1/2 tsp of Gold Coast Sea Moss

  • 1/2 cup of kale

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/2 of a green apple

(Wash apple well and leave skin on.)

  • 1/2 of a ripe banana

  • 1 tsp of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of ginger tea



METHOD:


  1. Cut your apple into chunks

  2. Peel and slice bananas

  3. Wash your kale and remove the stems

  4. Make your ginger tea

(You may use store bought packets or fresh ginger) 5. Place all your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
